Scott B. Gordon received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) law degree from the University of Utah School of Law twenty years ago. His principal legal practice has been innovating business solutions and strategies for entrepreneurs. He has acted as in-house legal counsel and business advisor for national and international sales organizations. Helping clients develop novel solutions, Scott has spent much time in Asia and Europe innovating a network of production resources in technology, manufacturing, furniture design, and mobile accessory development.

Scott served for several years as regional CEO for a Fortune 100 company. He is a frequent lecturer and educator for professional organizations, teaching effective negotiation skills, professionalism, business law application and board certification courses in Utah, California and around the country. He has led national marketing teams for several major sales companies for both new products and financial services. He has served on the staffs of the Governor of Utah and also the Utah Attorney General. He is often engaged in youth service activities, is married and the father of eight wonderful children and one delightful grandson.

Richard Gordon provides the unique combination of decades of relevant experience both as a lawyer and as a businessman. His principal practice has been in corporate, securities and real estate matters. He has the practical experience of having served as a business founder, director and manager, and has authored and taught business law courses for universities.

Richard received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1967, and while there worked for both the White House and for the U. S. Senate. He left Washington D.C. to serve a U.S. Federal Judge. His many years of legal and business experience provide him with rare insight into the essential steps for creating and growing a successful business. He has particular experience in the fields of technology, environmental matters and real estate development. He is an avid world traveler, having visited over 125 countries. He has been recognized for his community service and for his service to youth. He and his wife proudly claim six children and 21 grandchildren.

During his 21-year career as a special agent and legal advisor with the FBI, he specialized in financial crime, organized crime, international and domestic terrorism, counterintelligence, public corruption, intellectual property rights, civil rights and cybercrime investigations. Along with domestic assignments in New York, Virginia, Colorado, and Utah, he has extensive international experience having represented the FBI in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Korea, and Japan.

In addition to his investigative experience, Mr. Rudd taught Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, National Security Law, Privacy Rights, Civil Liberties, and Ethics at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, where he obtained Adjunct Professor status with the University of Virginia. Mr. Rudd is currently an Assistant Professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Utah Valley University.
